I’m not an ingredients expert or anything, but the list looks clean to me. It doesn’t seem packed with a bunch of cheap fillers, at least from what I can tell, and it feels like it would be gentle. I could be overthinking it, but I do appreciate that.

I actually liked the shampoo and conditioner well enough :) They felt nice to use, but the subscription side of things was a bit confusing for me.

I didn’t realize it was going to renew so soon, so I ended up digging around in my account trying to figure out how to change it. The return process wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t super fast either... I had to email and wait a couple days for the next steps.

They did get it sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. Just a little more hassle than I was hoping for!

I was kind of skeptical, but I have to admit my hair feels healthier now. I’m noticing less breakage, and it feels softer than it did before. Didn’t really want to buy into the hype, but it seems to be working for me

My Pump Haircare order showed up looking really neat. The bottles were packed well and nothing leaked, which I’m always nervous about. The box had a clean, simple look without feeling overdone, and the overall presentation was actually really pretty. I did feel a little ignored when I had a question and didn’t get much of a response, but the packaging itself made it seem like some care went into the order.

I used this for a few weeks and didn’t notice any real difference in my hair. I kept hoping it would start working, but my first instinct was right, it just wasn’t doing much for me.

Not gonna lie, the product worked okay, but the smell was just way too strong for me. It lingered in my hair all day and ended up giving me a headache. I really wish it had a softer scent or came in a fragrance-free option.

I wasn’t expecting it to show up so quickly, but it arrived way sooner than I thought. Shipping was super fast and everything went smoothly with no issues.

I’ve noticed a bit of growth so far, but not as much as I was hoping for. I’m still waiting to see more noticeable results. Based on my experience, it seems like this might be one of those products that takes a while to really show anything.

They did eventually get back to me, but it took a few days and my issue still wasn’t fully resolved. I expected at least an apology for the delay and the inconvenience, but it felt like they just moved on without really addressing it

I wasn’t totally sure at first because it’s not exactly cheap, and I’m a bit more cautious with products like this now since I’ve bought plenty that didn’t live up to the claims. But the bottles have lasted longer than I expected, and I don’t need to use a ton each wash. My hair does feel better, so overall I’m happy with the value
